Booking Steps

Before the Consultation

Determine your ceremony location.

Determine the date and specific time of your ceremony.

Call or email me to confirm my availability. I will set up a date and time for an initial consultation. This consultation will allow us to meet and also to determine the kind of ceremony that would be perfect for you.

At the Consultation

We discuss the kind of ceremony you would like to have.

We go over all the possible components for your ceremony using our planning tools and discuss what you as a couple would like to incorporate into the ceremony, i.e. vow options, ring exchange options, music, readings, special ceremonies, etc.

If you decide you would like to use my services I require a non-refundable deposit along with the completion of the online booking form. This will confirm your date and time. I accept cash and email money transfers. The reservation fee is $200.00 and will be applied to the total fee owed.

After the Consultation

Decide which type of ceremony is best suited for the two of you, complete the online booking form and forward your reservation fee. If you choose the “Short and Sweet Ceremony,” I will forward a template to you for completion. If you choose the “Classic Ceremony,” I will provide you with the password for my “Resources for Couples” site so that you are able to explore the ceremony resources and choose your ceremony components.

Once you have worked out the details for your ceremony, email me your completed ceremony template.

If you would like to have a rehearsal, contact me to set the date and time. An in-person rehearsal is included with the Classic Ceremony. For all other ceremonies there is an additional fee of $125.00.
